Have the device and account access you’ll need for your chosen tasks ready.
Eastern Time
Appointments are scheduled in Eastern Time, observing daylight saving time when applicable.
Remote connection
Zoho Assist is the primary platform. Microsoft Teams or Zoom can also be arranged.
Session length
Two hours minimum. The Chill package includes one three-hour session.
Preparation
One hour of preparation is included in the listed session or package price.
Cancellations & refunds
Confirm cancellation terms before payment. Refund processing time depends on the payment processor.

These are planning estimates, not a fixed quote or guaranteed completion time. Training covers profiles, posts, basic video uploads, messages, comments, reviews, and basic performance reports. Paid advertising, advanced video editing, and a full marketing strategy require additional time. Account setup or access issues may also extend the schedule. Rafael will assess your current skills before recommending a plan.
